Step 5: Move into your new home!

Once your offer is accepted, it’s time to schedule a home inspection and submit your mortgage application. While an underwriter reviews your mortgage application, they will conduct an appraisal of the property you’re buying, which could affect your deal. We also offer related escrow services, title reports and NHD (Natural Hazard Disclosure)  inspections. If all goes well, your loan will be approved.
